PyxidaTerms and license

License
When you buy Pyxida you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on up to three devices you own or control. The trial lets you evaluate every feature for 14 days. After the trial, without a license, the app stays usable in read-only mode and can export your data.
Updates
Your license includes all 1.x updates. A future major version may be offered as a paid upgrade at a discount for existing customers. Versions you already have keep working.
Your data
You own everything you create. Pyxida stores it as files on your device, and you are responsible for backing it up.
Third-party services
Optional features connect to services you choose, such as Google Calendar, calendar links and AI providers. Their own terms apply to that use.
Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense or share license keys, or circumvent licensing.
Purchases and refunds
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Their buyer terms apply. If Pyxida isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, and the license key is deactivated. This does not affect your statutory rights, including the EU right of withdrawal where it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
Warranty and liability
Pyxida is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
